I am writing as a Mother and a citizen to express my concerns about Detective
David Quinn. On December 16, 2011, our Son Vinson Hardimon was attacked by 3
Bloods Terrorist Gang members in Vinson's Recording studio on Memorial Dr., Atlanta.
Because of Detective Quinn's irresponsible, negligent and collusive investigation of the
crime, our Son was charged with Murder.(Case No. 12SC108936) Although our Son
was found Not Guilty of Murder by a Jury on February 25, 2013, he was still found
guilty of Aggravated Assault and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
We are aware of, as well as the Atlanta Police Department is aware, that the State of
Georgia has a "Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Law, Ga. Code Ann. 16-15-2",
that should have been immediately applied to this incident and protected our Son and
our Family.
I am not making these claims out of anger or retaliation. Detective David Quinn's
actions are noted in the Discovery Findings information, Witness Testimony and Trial
Transcripts. I am, thoroughly disgusted, and appalled that an officer of the law with 28
years of experience would charge himself with the power to decide independently ''who
gets self defense and who gets murder" (a quote from witness Charles Cox).
Because of Detective Quinn's decision not to handle this as a Gang attack and take
these Gang members into custody, our Family is living in fear with threats of retaliation
and death!
I have attached paraphrased exerted issues and conduct from the Discovery Evidence
submitted by Detective Quinn, that we found very irregular in this investigation and
another investigation where individuals from this same Gang were involved.
Detective Quinn is a corrupted Police Officer whose investigation led to the
malicious prosecution of our Son and, there is no limit to the lengths I will go to
prove thatl

On February 25, 2013 our son was found Not Guilty of Murder in the death of
Mario Hamilton ... but Guilty of Aggravated Assault and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. The
sentence that you gave our son was the maximum on both Counts and we feel was
excessive and was not based on the evidence that was presented in trial. From the very
beginning Attorney Manny Arora showed an overwhelming amount of evidence that this
was a gang attack and that Vinson acted in self defense.
We have started a Petition on www.change.org, requesting that you Dismiss the
Aggravated Assault and Use of a Firearm charges against our Son Vinson Hardimon.
The Georgia Gang Statue of 2007 was available to protect him and it was not
considered by the State or your Court.
By seeing Mario Hamilton and two of his fellow Gang members as the "victims"
you have sent a message to the Bloods Gang/Terrorist Organization, that the Fulton
County Judicial System will let them get away with their Terrorist activities.
Over these past 15 months, we have continued to be terrorized by the Bloods Terrorist
organization. We had to move outside of the city after our address and my cell phone
number was posted on Facebook by gang member Chazz Cobb (a State witness) with
a $50,000 bounty on our lives. Members of this same gang came to court and tried to

intimidate my family and friends by "flagging" their Red colors and by attempting to
provoke violence outside of your courtroom! Last week (March 16 ) my family received
a warning that there is a contract murder plot within the Bloods Terrorist organization to
kill Vinson once he arrives for processing in Jackson, GA!
We ask you Judge Schwall, to apply the wisdom of King Solomon that we saw in you.
Please review the Georgia Gang Statute and the activities of the Bloods Gang Terrorist
organization in Clayton County more thoroughly and send a message to them that they
will not menace and terrorize the People of Fulton County/City of Atlanta, and Dismiss
the Charges and Sentence against Vinson and allow Vinson to once again be a
contributing member of society.
